    The challenge

Founded in 2011 by Sue Eisaguirre, NatureTrack provides cost-free, curriculum-aligned outdoor field trips for K–12 students in Santa Barbara County, plus Freedom Trax access for wheelchair users — more than 25,000 experiences over a decade. Keeping all of it free depends on events and donations, and the founder-led team needed event and marketing horsepower to scale its signature fundraiser, the NatureTrack Film Festival.

    What we did

    • Ran and marketed the NatureTrack Film Festival end to end — promotion, ticketing, and sponsor outreach.
    • Built the donor journey that converts festival attendees into year-round supporters.
    • Tied appeals to concrete program impact: field trips delivered and Freedom Trax trips made possible.
    • Set up reporting so the team could see what the festival and campaign returned.

    The results

The festival and surrounding campaign strengthened NatureTrack's most important fundraising moment of the year, helping keep its K–12 field trips and accessibility programs cost-free for the families who rely on them. (Final figures pending client confirmation.)
